HomeMadery Ventures Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Property Analyzer mobile application (the “App”).

Property Analyzer is designed as a local real estate financial calculator and analysis tool. The App does not collect, store, transmit, or process personal information such as:

The App runs locally and does not transmit calculator inputs or saved scenarios to HomeMadery Ventures Inc.
